Located on a private property in regional Victoria, Wilka Kenneth marked the beginning of the Wilka journey. Designed by Matt Goodman Architecture Office, it balances architectural clarity with the quiet beauty of its rural landscape, setting the tone for every Wilka escape to follow.
1991 Projects managed the full design-development and construction process, from early coordination and procurement through to prefabrication and delivery. The result is a seamless, efficient build that embodies Wilka’s philosophy of minimal impact and maximum experience.
