1991 Projects were engaged by Grayd and Pivotonian Developments to provide all project management and construction services. The scope was not limited to engagement of the consultant team, design development and coordination including planning approval and permits and construction documentation.
1991 established the project budget, ran the tendering of the project and all head and sub-contracting. 1991 developed and structured the construction program which managed key milestones, inspections, and procurement to ensure the successful delivery onsite with the building team at Grayd.
