1991 Projects and its modular partner Arjay Modular completed the commercial and modular development of Discovery Parks in Geelong, VIC, delivering 10 new accommodation modules on a short timeline to support the company's growing operations. The result is a contemporary coastal space that reflects Discovery Parks' growth and forward-thinking culture.
Delivered in collaboration with the Discovery Parks team, the project kept the park operating throughout and produced fresh accommodation built for its expanding holiday park offering.
